Kelly shattuck is a rip off... He overprice and will take your retainer in less than a month... He charge $50 to talk to him but... Doesnt tell you.. He lack his work and his assistant does everything.. He just sign his name.. And review its before he work in court...

I am not one to write reviews but I am extremely disappointed in my ex attorney Charles Grimes, I hired him for my legal custody battle which is a very important thing for a parent going through this type of ordeal, I paid a retainer fee of 1500 and worked with Charles for two months, during this time I had to constantly keep checking on my case status, for every call or e-mail you send you are charged so I felt I was being robbed, if you hire an attorney they should be on top of things and constantly calling you for updates, I would call or e-mail Charles with no response at time, I came to an agreement with my child's other parent and we agreed to sign an agreement after this I never herd from Charles for about 3 weeks and my child's other parent backed out of the agreement, I was very disappointed and had to fire this attorney for those purposes, I regret not reading reviews on this firm, all I got out of this was money down the drain and my parental rights pending

Early in the divorce case, chris vacannti stated he was at hearing of which my ex was awarded the family home. I was not notified of the award, nor its discussion at the hearing. Without knowledge, I went to get my clothes from the marital home. This resulted in a protection order application against me by my ex. After reviewing order (6 weeks old at the time)...it showed that chris was not present at the hearing and signed only by opposing counsel and judge. I checked with clerk and the order was delivered to chris via email. Staff gave me 3 different stories as to why I was not informed. Kelly Shattuck did a great job. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a solid attorney. It is important to feel you have made the right decision when choosing someone to represent you when it comes to such important and sensitive situations. His paralegal Sandra was also very helpful. There was always someone available and everything was handled in a timely manner.

Chris Vacanti is in a class of his own. My experience with Chris and his paralegal Kathleen was completely outstanding. Divorce is extremely difficult and some attorney's will milk it and cause more drama. Chris and his team worked hard to reduce the cost and limit the difficult exchange during the divorce process. My case needed to go to trial. Chris absolutely destroyed the other attorney during the trial. Chris' prep work and litigation skills are incredible. He and his team are who you want on your side.

Kelly Shattuck is an outstanding lawyer. He showed great interest in my divorce case. Kelly was there to protect me and my interests.
