My business partner and I approached Byron to help with the purchase of our first business. Byron was amazing at giving us the confidence to do something neither of us had done before. He was integral in getting the purchase complete and advising us on the best ways to shape the agreement to protect our LLC and interest. Can't say enough great things about Byron - 10/10 recommend!

I contacted Byron Gruber for an issue my daughter was having with a guest claiming tenancy. He was great to work with. He took a personal interest in her well-being and went above and beyond anything I could have expected. He was fair, honest, and hard-working. I would definitely use him again and highly recommend him.
