Shopping around for the right person to take me on a very intense and scary ride, was not a challenge when the first person to picj up the phone was Rachel Collins. Not only did she continuously comfort and valide me and my feelings, she thoroughly reassured and encouraged me at each step of the process. Rachel was honest, and did not hesitate to give me answers and news that would be hard for me to hear, but instead she gracefully presented everything to me in a manner that I could respond and react rationally and reasonably, and make logical steps along the way. Rachel kept me well informed and updated throughout the entire case. My questions were never left unanswered, my satisfaction is left at 100%. I would work with Rachel 10/10 if I ever neeeded to in the future. Not only did she offer a professional relationship, but a friend, an ear, advice and everything I needed to get me through this difficult experience I wish I had never needed to encounter in the first place.
