I called Alison with my case, she was very patient with me explaining the process and listening to my story. She was kind, personable and professional when it was needed throughout the process. I really felt like she had my back. She knew exactly how to handle my case and was always 2 steps ahead. Was very impressed with how she resolved my issue. The highest recommendation.

They were extremely helpful getting this process started today! He talked me through downloading the VA app and accessing all of my claim letters in just a couple of minutes so we could get this ball rolling.
