Sasha was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional in administering the intake questionaire, explaining expectations for the next steps, outlining Berry Law's service fee schedule, and providing clear instructions to complete on-line intake forms. Subsequently, Shawn and Luke provided prompt and effective assistance in completing the forms.
