Amazing service! Very patient!

I didn't even want to give them one star. But I had to just to get to the point where I could leave this review. I messaged them twice and got no response. That's not very good for business. I just wanted help with my case and I felt like I was ignored

I have a lot of problems.. and they've been multiplying for a few years. I've had to travel across country away from friends and family during covid lockdowns to get medical help. I'm still here. I have had to fight to get care. Benefits are a sideshow but you need ratings to get treatment. My conditions worsen and i dont even meet the requirement of daily activity. I'm emotional.. confusion. Ive needed to move on with a life rather than considering the value of my own. Talking to anyone has been an issue when expressing my frustration with VA care and benefits and getting help. I blather endlessly about it and it seems to drive people away. Heather let me speak and I felt she was listening. I feel as if I have a chance to move forward with proper representation from outside the system of VSO and VBA. Maybe somebody cares. Thank you Heather
