Thorough, Takes time to listen, and transparent. for the record, I spoke with Tracy G, after being referred over. Tracy made sure she had details recorded correctly, informed me of next steps, what the 2 outcomes would be (moving forward or not), caveats explained, and gave me contact details in case updates need to be submitted. at this point, intake/documentation and transparency are appreciated. No one likes surprises, and it’s much appreciated in a time of uncertainty.
