This is a bit of a follow-up/supplementary review based on Montana Crow's most recent work, guidance, and counsel on my VA disability claims from over a year ago. My follow-up includes the outstanding results that Montana and her team achieved for me during this most recent time frame. Montana is an excellent attorney who knows her craft! Her dedication and attention to detail resulted in a complete favorable finding for me at a VA appeal hearing, and her submission of other claims on my behalf resulted in a life-changing disability rating that I did not think likely. I must also point out that this was not simply the result of a single case, but of Montana’s tenacious, but wise, approach to a few different VA claims that I either contemplated or wanted to file. Montana provided sage and sound advice, to include telling me when the submission of a potential claim or an appeal for an increase in a disability might not be the most prudent action.
