I can’t say enough great things about Berry Law, but specifically David Ossian, my Case Manager and USMC Veteran. After years of feeling defeated by the VA, I was absolutely going to give up on my claim. It had been an emotional rollercoaster that I didn’t want to ride anymore. Dave and I sat down at a Marine Corps League event, and I told him of my issues with the VA. I explained that after 3 separate claims and being denied over the years, I just wasn’t up to the fight anymore. My claim was for PTSD/Depression/Anxiety from an unreported MST during my time in the Corps. Dave assured me he understood my apprehension, but asked me to put my trust in him, and Berry Law. He said he and I were going to fight this one last time, and they were going to do the work. They sure did. I was immediately contacted by Dave’s team.
