I can’t say enough great things about Berry Law, but specifically David Ossian, my Case Manager and USMC Veteran. After years of feeling defeated by the VA, I was absolutely going to give up on my claim. It had been an emotional rollercoaster that I didn’t want to ride anymore. Dave and I sat down at a Marine Corps League event, and I told him of my issues with the VA. I explained that after 3 separate claims and being denied over the years, I just wasn’t up to the fight anymore.
