Berry Law firm gives Hope to the seemingly Hopeless. I tried 2x on my own over the last 14yrs to get VA benefits to no avail until I was introduced to Berry Law ( by another veteran) and Jason my Lawyer, I recieved Nothing but denial after denial. Once Jason and Berry Law took my case I recieved a check 7mo later from the VA without any input from me. I Thank God for their commitment to my cause and they will do the same for you. Jason is very professional, honest and currtious.

The law office of Berry Law has been working diligently on my behalf for about 2 years now. I was referred to them by a friend who had difficulty getting a fair judgment from VA claims. They have been fighting the decisions of my claims which we think are unfair and unmerited. The law office of Berry Law's objective is to serve the veteran's interest and challenge the VA system on what Berry Law fee to be fair and just. I wish I've listened to my friend's advice a while back. I strongly recommend the law office of Berry Law. Don't fight the VA system alone.

Berry Law is the most awesome firm for veterans that have been denied compensation for their disabilities. They appealed several issues for me and like Wow I can’t believe their success. It hasn’t hit me yet. I am now @ 90% and they are not done yet. Attorney Jason Thomas and paralegal Jamie are the best. Thanks guys. I wanted to take a moment to give a well-deserved 5-star review for David Hoeser of Berry Law. I had the pleasure of being helped by him in my pursuit of compensation for my VA disability. From the moment we had our initial consultation, I knew I had the right person for the job. David was professional, knowledgeable and patient in his approach. He walked me through every single step of the entire process, making sure I understood it correctly and provided all the necessary documents. In addition, he was always available to answer any questions or doubts that I had. David's expertise and commitment have been invaluable throughout this journey and I'm very thankful for his assistance. Without his help, it would have been impossible to achieve this result.

Called and left messages (1/9 and 1/23) that went unanswered. Followed up on social media (1/24) and received very bad, unlawful advice from the unidentified female who finally called on the phone. Asked for follow up which never occurred. They obviously make a lot of "Veterans Law" claims that cannot be backed up by action. In response to their response, it's inappropriate to give bad, seemingly unlawful advice and then state it is out of scope. It's ironic, because even the Bar Assoc sent me their way with my question, yet no one at the place (besides the untrained young person giving out bad advice) will even discuss the issue at hand.

This firm was very professional, courteous, and proficient. I was thoroughly satisfied with their service and highly recommend!

We had an amazing experience with Berry Law Firm, more specifically with Montana Crow! After many attempts on our own to get my husband's VA disability to what it should be, we decided we needed an attorney. A quick email to Berry Law and within 24 hours Montana was "on the case." We are now at the end of our battle, fighting for what my husband deserves and we couldn't be happier with the outcome.
