They claimed they do not file suits against the state hospital...for wrong doing and malpractice. This seems to be incorrect. I may have misunderstood. M grindstaff

It is best to have an agency certified by the VA which shows they understand the intricacies of filing a claim. I attempted the process myself and described the results as showing up with a “knife” to a “gunfight”. You on your on is no match for the huge VA machine who denies veterans everyday for any small error. Berry Law Firm is the help you need. They bring credibility to the process. The VA accepted the same arguments made my me previously that was asserted by Berry Law Firm. Berry added arguments that I did not know existed. Berry got me results that I could not achieve on my own or with other agents. I recommend them highly.
