Mrs. Mallory Hughes was a great asset to my criminal case which involved a Harrassment PO and her and her staff wanted no time to represent me in my most difficult case I will ever gave. I am highly disappointed in the lack of communication I received. It should never take more than three days to reply to an email. The only communication I received was in the beginning when my advocate submitted the appeal letter to VA (which had errors). To pay 30% of back pay for horrible service is ridiculous especially when I received little to no help.

Had trouble getting anywhere with my local VSO. Contacted and hired Berry Law, was with one lawyer and got swapped to Jason Thomas, who was very knowledgable and really got in there and put up a fight for me. He stayed in contact with me and quickly responded when I had any questions. Couldn't be more pleased.
