Mallory is the best criminal defense attorney in the state of Nebraska, and is surely growing that reputation to include the country as well. I was facing false allegations which carried 50 years. I was arrested one random morning and my family contacted her, to which she responded immediately, while at an airport in Mexico. Mallory streamlined every step of the criminal case concisely, precisely, and communicated effectively what the next steps were. Once the rubber met the road with pre-trial hearings, I was able to witness the most fervernt and detailed display of zealous advocacy. Mallory brought on Paul Lembrick as co-council and this was when I started to feel even more peaceful and hopeful. Paul broke down everything in the case with needlepoint precision. He was more than willing to take time out of his day, typically in the evenings after work, to go through details and parts of the plan for our defense.
