Matthew Knipe is very professional, respectful, and honest. During the thirteen month time period, from arrest to sentencing; Mr Knipe was with me every step of the way. He was very supportive, gave some amazing advice, listened to everything I had to say, even when it was talking about my personal feelings and stressors. I felt confident in pleading to much lesser charges knowing that Mr Knipe had fought along side me and for me to get the best possible outcome. He worked tirelessly and for many hours preparing evidence and communicating with numerous prosecutors and attorneys. I have really enjoyed my experience being represented by Mr. Hoeser. I started at 70%. Mr. Hoeser was able to get me an increase to 90% and then 100% in less than a year. He is always responsive to emails and is great at explaining each next step. I have reached out to a couple of other law firms for assistance with my eye claim and was told that they could not help me with my claim because it was a congenital disorder. Berrylawfirm did not hesitate to take my case after speaking with me on my initial interview. Mr. Hoeser filed an appeal with the BVA and won my case and I was awarded 100% T&P yesterday.
