The letters written by Kyle Bonnstetter, with Jennifer Garrison's support, to substantiate my appeal of the VA's denial of my claim are simply amazing. The letters contain countless references to previous VA board decisions that support my claim. Not only did Kyle and Jennifer clearly articulate my concerns, but they had much more evidence, knowledge, and experience to support my claim than I could have researched on my own in a million years! Their knowledge of the VA's own statutes easily exceed that of the initial VA employee performing claim reviews. The arguments presented on my behalf sound reasonable and winsome...so much better than my angry, knee-jerk reaction to the VA's blatant violations of their own policies in denying my claim.
