I have to thank Mallory Hughes at Berry Law Firm for bringing my case to a close with a dismissal. I was jailed for 38 days for a case that would ruin my life and put me away for at least 15 years. After I was bonded out Mallory worked hard to get the depositions needed to show how terribly put together the evidence was against me and got it dismissed. Being it was during covid, it took longer than I liked because of the court system, however that short time is worth being able to still proudly hold my name and have a chance to continue my life for better days. This means more than I pray any of you have to imagine, please choose a great team like the Berry law firm to keep your rights safe in the court of law!

I struggled going back and forth with VBA for a few years to connect conditions that I thought were "no brainers". I had either acquired in service or within 1 year of discharge. Carey Collingham is one of the best Attorney's, I have met! He fought for my Constitutional rights and won! Mr. Collingham was able to press the Court to make their decision on the day of Court and not drag it out! He is very easy to talk with. He explained things in a way I understood. Mr. Collingham is a very knowledgeable Attorney! He is very helpful and does his research! Hopefully I will never need an Attorney again, but if I do I wouldn't hesitate to have Mr. Carey Collingham represent me!

My husband is a Vietnam War veteran. He suffers with PTSD, Parkinson's, sleep apnea in addition to several other ailments which are due to his military service in Vietnam. During the past few years he has filed numerous claims and appeals. Even with medical documentation they were denied. Update; 100% rated!!! Berry law firm has been amazing throughout my process.They have fought their butt off for me and it has been a great journey with this law firm and finally they have helped me get 100%. They have challenged almost every rating and Every time they do for the most part I get a higher award. I have also been told by the law firm since I'm at a hundred percent but not permanent.They will keep my case open so when the VA does try to drop me down they will help me with getting my rating back if needed. I could not ask for a better law firm..... With this law group for over a year now. Very attentive hard-working answered all my questions I have went from 50% to a 90% and currently still working to reach 100% VA disability.
