After being denied for over 6 years of an appointment and being told nothing was “service connected”, Berry Law Firm got me an appointment, rating, decision, and back pay all under a year! The most amazing work I’ve seen. Then after my initial rating they fought for an upgrade and in less than a month I was upgraded from 70% to 90% and they are still working to get me 100%. Montana and crew are the most knowledgeable, professional, communicative, and experienced individuals I have ever met. They really fight for Veterans and the support is unlike any other. I hired Berry Law firm in 2017 to handle my VA disability claim. I was a legacy claim so mime took a little longer. Their attorneys are the best. I had to go out of state as I live in Florida and the law firms here are a joke. They wouldn't take my case unless it was a cold cut and dry black and white case. My first rating was 70%.
