After a fall at a doctors office ( in front of 2 doctors.. they had remodeled and the new chairs they had , the bottoms flared out)here in Lincoln Nebraska... I ended up injuring my back... I’m a fair person and didn’t want to “gouge “ them so I went to my chiropractor for about a month...the bill was a maybe $1,300.. and the office had told my chiropractor to just send them the bill when I was through.. under the table because they didn’t want to send it through insurance... they backed out..& Berry law .. even though it was a small claim.. came through for me!.. extremely positive experience!! I will definitely recommend to my friends if they are in need of legal help!!!

While my battle isn’t totally complete or over, I can without a shadow of a doubt confidently recommend Berry Law! There commitment to fight for Veterans to get them the benefits they earned through their service to country is unquestionable. Very professional, competent, caring, attentive, at all levels from the paralegal, VSO, up to my attorney. I was recommended by a sister in arms, my only disappointment was when I recommended to a couple other battles the feedback I received was that Berry Law didn’t handle their type of VA cases when they are Veterans like the rest of us. I continue to look forward in hopes that the final resolution from the BVA is successful, given what’s happened thus far in vindication I have no doubts that Berry Law will continue to deliver. Any veteran that has to deal with the VA, I would highly recommend Berry Law Firm . From the first time I contacted them, they took care of everything dealing with the VA. Very understanding and compassionate, and making me feel like they truly care for the veteran. I am so very thankful that they were my representatives through the time dealing with the VA. Definitely deserve a 5 star rating and any veteran that has to deal with the VA, they need to call Berry Law Firm. I am a very thankful Vietnam veteran !!!!!

This review should have been posted a year ago. Will Harris assisted me with my Security Clearance issue with my position. I'll keep this simple - skip the big name law firms on the East and West Coasts. They will try to get you to go to a hearing and their % of taking of the "Intent to Deny Eligibility" rebuttal is in the 30 percentile! You'll find that most places charge about/around $1,500 for clearance rebuttals - if you're going to make a bet on your career, take it to Berry Law Firm where they have over a 90%+ success rate on the rebuttal vs 30%. I spoke to several of the attorneys initially before being passed to Will but they were always professional and after finding out I was a veteran, followed through on every phone call, message, etc. Will is also a JAG Officer in the Guard so he really was (and is) the perfect fit and knows the systems/processes extremely well for security clearances. My clearance was approved in the rebuttal process (no need for a hearing/more $$) and resulted in saving my job and a plan for the future.

The best experience from start to finish will always call Berry law ..!!!
