Over the course of more than a decade, I faced significant challenges in securing appropriate disability ratings for my diverse medical conditions through the Veterans Affairs (VA) system. However, Berry Law successfully advocated for my voice and collaborated with me to obtain the ratings that accurately reflected my conditions. Their service was exceptional, characterized by both efficiency and effectiveness. While I commend Berry Law’s overall performance, I suggest that there is room for improvement in their communication practices. Occasionally, the communication process has been delayed, and I have encountered instances where email communication has been preferred over phone calls during the resolution of issues.
