They are very professional and treated me with respect. They also explained to me well about who they are and their service details. I usually don’t like to to speak with people but I didn’t feel bad at all with their office. Well trained.

I've only undergone the intake process so far. The representative was very helpful and answered all my questions. He also explained the entire process it would take to begin my claim. He also went over the fees that I would be responsible for in the event I'm successful with my claim. I'm optimistic with this law firm.

I can tell you the young lady Christine was above and beyond perfect. Yet to deal with an attorney but she spoke so highly of them my confidence is high. The VA has pushed me to the point of wanting to be suicidal again because of the red tape. I pray the attorneys are as great as this young lady. She never speculated, or mislead me and made it clear they'll review my file before they accept it. I'll update my review then. But so far. Yeah. I'm happy. But like all veterans. I wish it were quicker.

Berry Law was highly recommended. Upon speaking to Sam & other intake reps., regarding my VA claim, I was please to hear that I am now part of the Berry Family as a fellow Veteran. I have tried with other entities, but to no avail.
