When communicating, they are good. However, the follow up and request for information takes awhile to get, if at all. They really need to improve on getting information to Vets and providing insight on next steps and appeals. I received my bill before there was any discussion regarding the appeal process; in fact, I still haven't had that conversation yet. I will be making sure my appeal process goes through a different firm with hopes of increased involvement.

I started working on my VA claims after I retired, and I made very little progress alone. Without the guidance of my lawyer, Jamie Bell, her assistance, and the hard work she put into my claim, I would still be fighting. Starting shortly after 2018 I retained Berry Law to represent me for my VA claims. Jamie fought to get my claims moving. 4 were sent to the Veterans Review Board and stayed there from 2017 to 2024.
