This attorney restored my faith in attorneys. A car rammed into me and the driver told his insurance company that I was at fault the next day. Without a police report due to them no longer coming out to accidents, luckily I had a witness and mister Ekeh agreed to take my case. He went above and beyond for me every step of the way at the office and in conferences on the phone. Not to mention his kind, understanding and patient assistant Carrie. Overall Amazing, hardworking, honest and trustworthy team.

Mrs. Stephanie Cactello did a great job working on my cases for me. She won my appeal the the Texas Veterans Commission had lost and told me I was wasting my time appealing, Stephanie stepped in and fought for me and won that case. She also won another case for me, so I’m greatful to her and her team for their hard work.

Stephanie Costello help me tremendously. Back when I got out in 2019 from the army I was awarded 80% disability, for whatever reason the va took some percentage away for whatever reason. I tried to fight and do it myself but was not getting anywhere. I heard of berry law firm and decided to give a try. Not only did Costello won my case we still have other claim we waiting for the board of veteran appeals. If everything goes right I will have a big check dated back since 2020. Costello responded to all my emails and kept me inform on the next step for the plan of action. At first I thought everything was moving slow but it wasn't because of her. The va in generally is very slow. Now here is the timeline. 2020-2021 I was able to go from 80% to 90 and 2023 I went from 90 to 93%. 2024 Costello won my case to 100% as P&T. Not only did she win my case but she still fighting other claims for me making sure I get what I'm entitled to. I referred alot of veterans to her. She has amazing work.
