I am a physician from out of state, and had to take quick action to obtain emergency conservatorship for my elderly father in Omaha, who has dementia. There are not enough stars to describe the exemplary and swift service Molly and her team provided to me. Within one week the conservatorship was obtained by the court. Molly and her team then worked tirelessly and under immense time pressure when the conservatorship was hotly contested in a 5.5 hour emergency hearing. Molly and her amazing paralegal, Nicole, demonstrated outstanding organization and attention to detail. Molly commands a fantastic balance of being respectful, yet pointed in court.
