I was lost where to turn when it came to representation for a child custody. John Kinney came highly recommend, he worked thoroughly on my case got me prepared in every way possible. He made sure no questions were left unanswered. He was so smart in his way of preparing my case. He absolutely nailed it in court. Once trial came around I was granted everything I had asked for he is by far the greatest attorney in Omaha.

John helped me and my family in multiple ways. He was always easy to get in touch with and him and his team were amazing. They listened to me and made sure I was aware of everything going on and understood what was happening, etc.

John Kinney made my husband and I feel so comfortable and safe working on our estate planning. This is a uncomfortable subject, as no one wants to think about death and the possibility of what would happen to their kids if they died. However, John and his team made us feel so incredibly comfortable and at ease during this process. Thanks to John, we can now rest assured that our kids are in good hands if god forbid anything ever happened to us. John and his team made this a quick and affordable process for us, and we would recommend him to anyone looking to protect their children and assets. If I could give him 10 stars I would.

Best lawyer I ever saw. I went from not seeing my daughters for a whole year, to getting them almost every day. I have a son by another woman and John was able to get me full custody of him. I owe him more than he charged me. To have all my kids back is priceless.

Tough to get straight scoop on attorneys via internet reviews- ie AVVO- they pay to play- they can delete reviews they don't like. John is a jack of all trades, master-of-none, attorney. Doesnt return calls or correspondence well. Doesnt really work the case unless he is spoon fed. Likes to intimidate in front of his client- short man syndrome. Mediocre attorney.
