I emailed Whitmore Law to establish my LLC as I had read online that they specialize in this. They had me fill out a form via email and pay, and then for weeks I heard nothing from them. I never got an email walking me through the process or timing or next steps. No status update at all until I reached out two weeks later. I had to reach out a few times over the next month to check in but they still had no update until I called to complain. They then put me in an email with Mr Whitmore who emailed me saying it has been formed for 2 weeks, but again no one had let me know. I read reviews that they walked you through the steps and were very helpful in this process, but I got none of this and they were incredibly disappointing in all areas. I still don’t know the process or steps. Would not use them again and would not recommend them to anyone forming an LLC.

I could not get a call back from Mr Wentz. He charged me 7,000 but I don't know if that was for the trust and will and although I have left texts and vm, he won't call me back and that has been true for the 3 years sine I hired him. Don't put your trust in him because he doesn't deliver

Offers "free consultation" but does not respond to inquiries or return phone calls. Keep looking, this is not the attorney you're looking for.

Mr. Whitmore and company were very helpful. I had some paperwork taken care of. I would recommend their firm to anyone needing the services they provide.

We went in wanting a trust but Mr. Whitmore said it wasn’t needed and he could save us money going in another direction. We appreciated his advice and honesty. Our family highly recommends Mr. Whitmore.

Absolutely HORRIBLE for estate issues. Does not return calls. Lawyer only signs off on paralegal's work - even if the paralegal is in training. DO NOT RECOMMEND. THE BELOW REPLY FROM THIS "LAWYER" IS ABSOLUTELY FALSE, with the exception that I was an heir to an estate. They did not deal with my brother, they dealt exclusively with his wife - of whom there was friction with all family members prior to our parents death - including our parents. I NEVER spoke to anyone other than a receptionist. The estate was not handled by the "almost 20 year paralegal", the receptionist informed me the probate was being handled by an "intern paralegal". The family had questions because the wife was not providing answers, and our brother was NOT INVOLVED at all. I even paid this sham firm. What a nightmare!
