Literally just got off the phone with the whoever takes calls. I asked for a consultation and I gave her a brief run down of what's going on and she decided this is something other than what it is. Not at all helpful and really wasn't her place to decide. Very frustrating considering there were all of these amazing reviews of how friendly and helpful this office is when I was immediately dismissed. Thank you for making an extremely frustrating issue more frustrating for me. First of all if you want to hand out a professional and sincere apology maybe you should start with addressing it to a correctly spelled name. And second of all your reception decided this was a matter being contested when that was never even part of the discussion. She literally turned business away for no reason which you should be concerned about. she was rude and made me feel horrible when I am already going through an unfathomable situation. If you endorse and condone that behavior you clearly are not a trustworthy firm and people should know this is how they're going to get treated when they call for help.

Dan is a highly experienced attorney in estate planning and administration, employee benefit and tax matters. I have had the opportunity of working with Dan for over 35 years in all three areas of the law and neither I nor my clients have ever been disappointed with his work. He is always timely in his responses and a wonderful resource.

Margaret Badura was quite rude in a phone consultation, saying she didn't have time for this and that she makes $250/hr. "I don't have time to be your penpal." Wow ! We were readily prepared to pay for her services, but after this call. Nope.
