After working with another lawyer previously for years on a continuous custody battle with ex wife; the "seasoned" lawyer at that time passively represented my case and I felt disappointed. I did my research and found John Kinney and soon had him work on my case for custody of my child. John dug deep to gather all facts and evidence and assertively represented me to turn my circumstances around help me win custody of my child. After only working with John for a short amount of time, he did a better job than that of my former lawyer. I am thankful for Mr. Kinney and would recommend him to anyone.

John was great, I mean great. My Ex endorsed him as the best attorney, she was correct. I would like to think my case was special, but it wasn't, I truly think I had great-I mean great representation. I was terrible as a client and he stuck with me and feel like I won in no win situation. He did a good job-I'd hire him again, but I'll never get married again so call him, while you're pissed and want your soon to be ex to pay, he's going to use a clear mind and help. Thank you John

John handled my divorce case. He and his office were responsive and kept me informed as to the process. There were times I was concerned about the direction we were taking, but it all came out well in the end, so leaving it up to the professionals worked. John is a flat rate lawyer He tells you up front what it's going to cost to reach a certain point in your case ,unlike other firms that want you to keep throwing money in an account and can't even tell you how much more it's going to cost. John and his team are amazing! I returned to John and his team for additional divorce issues. I was extremely worried and emotional over my situation due to years of emotional garbage. John Kinney has an impeccable reputation with judges and lawyers in the legal community in Omaha. He has the educational background and experience to handle any litigation issues that comes up. He is an extremely hard worker, honest, direct, and gets the job done. I highly recommend him.

After spending tons of money on big firm attorneys who claim to look out for your best interest (but only rack up your bill), John was recommended to me. His reputation and respect from other Omaha attorneys was evident from the beginning of my case until the final outcome...which was EXACTLY what I wanted. If you are looking for an attorney who will win in the end, John is your guy. If you want to cry on your attorney's shoulder (while being billed at $400 per hour), he's not. Every other attorney I have met in this town will try to goad you into sending as many emails, phone calls and meeting requests just to drain your wallet for a crappy outcome. Having been through the courts three times for divorce, custody, personal property and support recalculation suits I have learned that our court system is dreadfully SLOW and it's the nature of the game. John is the best, and he won't play the attorney game of draining your pocket book like everyone else in this town. I highly recommend him and his firm.
