My partner and I were recently referred to Deanna Pina by a close friend for immigration services. Our initial consultation was amazing. Deanna was so kind and helped us determine what visa was the best for us to apply for. We paid our retainer fee, signed the papers, and after that, we never heard from Deanna again. We sent several emails asking questions regarding the visa application she asked us to fill out, I even called her office internationally and left a voicemail hoping we would hear from her or her paralegal, but again never got any response. My mother who lives in the US even called the office a few times to get in touch with Deanna for us. She spoke to Deanna's paralegal once who told her "she's been in court, but I'll be sure to put a bug in her ear." Weeks passed and we still never heard from Deanna. Honestly, such a very disappointing experience. We were so excited to work with Deanna, but she made us feel like we didn't matter or we had done something wrong. We ultimately had to terminate our legal relationship with Deanna due to lack of response. We were never given an explanation for why she never replied to us or a sorry for that matter. We sincerely hope no other individual or couple has to have the experience that we did.
