I was a client of Tracy at Hightower Reff Law for 4 years and two very challenging family law cases. Tracy and her staff were always very professional, patient and thoughtful in answering my questions, and most of all--effective in providing legal representation that ended with a positive outcome. If I had to do it all over again, I would definitely choose to work with Tracy and her team.

Disappointed in this firm. Called for a consultation on Friday and talked to Sarah about an emergency custody order. She said it should be an easy case and that if we paid the retainer that day, she would get to work on it first thing Monday morning and try to get it filed with the courts that day. Retainer was paid and then no communication after that. Come Wednesday and it took 3 of us calling to finally get through to her after getting the runaround from the secretary all week. Just to finally get an email from someone else saying that they couldn't take our case. We have basically wasted 4 days waiting for nothing and now have to start all over again.

My lawyer did actually what she said she was gonna go. Did everything I ask for and did it in a timely matter. Very responsive through emails and kept me up to date on everything. Very organized with all the documents and paperwork that was needed for my case. She helped me win my custody battle which is very hard for a father to do now days. Thank you again

If you are looking to spend $200 on information you can find better on google, just go to your local library. Barely any advice, no real plan of action to assist, they will not evaluate your case and give you real life advice on the situation. I had an appointment with Joy in which I felt like I was getting answers from someone fresh out of school on speakerphone. Full custody mom who’s ex spouse was filing for modification, not difficult. This had to go through a council to see if they can “take your case”. If you don’t have the case load stop taking consultations, this is poor practice. Spend your money elsewhere.

Deanna and Susan were absolutely amazing. They were quick to respond, updated me constantly and we’re very efficient when it came to their time and my money. If I ever need a lawyer again, which I hope I don’t, I wouldn’t hesitate to call them up in a second. If I could I would give them a 10 star rating.

I was filing for divorce and I didn’t know where to begin until I was referred to Hightower Reff Law to help navigate through it all. Susan was extremely helpful and knowledgeable every step of the way. No question was too small and my voice was heard throughout the entire process.
