Cons
1
Potential for unexpected or higher-than-expected legal fees
“This company took our money made filing and other costly mistakes and then dropped us the day we found out we have to go to court for what they didn't do. Not to mention the total lack of communication. Very upsetting when you put your life in their hands.”
2
Concerns about lack of communication or responsiveness in some cases
“My case was not a priority. Called for updates and was told that Tracy was busy with other cases. At the most important meeting of my divorce, Tracy could not make it at the last minute and phoned it in. The motive is the most money for the least amount of representation.”
