needed a divorce. I called in and paid $214.00 to have a consultation (talk to someone on the phone for an hour) the girl explained there was a preliminary packet she sent over for me to fill out to get some information. That I could simply do on my smartphone and email back. This was not the case. I wasn't able to fill out the form on my phone. It was quite a task to do on the PC. I got it done sent it to the email they provided. I received an email that the person I sent the email to no longer works there and that I had to send the email to another email address. So I called them and asked if they could figure this matter out on their end and if not to refund me. They I guess couldn't figure it out because a few minutes later I received a call that they were processing my refund. Not taking accountability that the issue was in fact their issue. If you like paying for a lawyer to do paperwork yourself this is the place to go. If you have any issue they will be quick to cut the cord be careful dealing with this firm.

An expensive consultation with zero help. The lawyer didn't even reassure me to ease my nervousness but instead kept saying , " ... You're in for an uphill battle " Thanks captain obvious. After almost 24 hours - got an email stating the firm wasn't adequately equipped to handle my case.... (custody) Would not recommend.

Tracy and team made my brutal divorce an amazing experience, if you can call a divorce ever amazing. All my questions got answered and kept me in check on my worries with dealing with my now ex and one of her many attorneys. It was a lengthy process (not on our part) and looking back so glad I was able to retain such a great law firm. Looking forward to never needing another attorney but if I do they will be my first call always.
