Very expensive

I have been working with the attorneys at McGill Law for almost 10 years. They are all very knowledgeable, professional, thorough, easy to work with and do an overall outstanding job. Jessica Maynard in the office is a pleasure; her attention to detail and follow up are very much appreciated. These ladies are a class act.

Jodie is knowledgable and has extraordinary expertise in advising me with my legal rights personally and professionally with my business. She has an excellent business background and I felt comfortable that she understood my complex situation. Jodie was reasonable with her negotiations and I always felt she worked in the best interest of me and my family. I felt fully supported and protected throughout this process. She allowed for a peaceful and fair resolution during a most difficult time.

I have experience working with both Jodie and with Deziree. I cannot say enough positive things about them both. Before I came to McGill Law I was working with another lawyer and firm that I was very dissatisfied with. I was anxious that all lawyers and firms were bad until I did a consult at McGill Law. Maddie, the administrative assistant, also amazing, was great to work with right from the beginning! Jodie represented me (last minute) on a matter after meeting with her for only 30 minutes in a courtroom. She was so kind, knowledgeable, and truly made me feel at ease in one of the worst moments of my life. The best part is she never asked me to do anything other than be honest. She was very professional, compassionate, and honest. Deziree is mainly who I worked with and she was so great. She listened to my fears and understood what I wanted to accomplish and why. She was honest about the process and was able to guide me to make decisions that would ultimately lead to the best outcomes. She was very tactful in how she presented things that were hard for me to hear/accept as part of the unfortunate system that we are faced with. Deziree worked so hard for me and my case. Although this process is expensive, I had confidence that I was only charged for work that was actually done on my behalf. And although I hope to never need legal assistance again, I would absolutely use her again if needed. I recommend if you are needing an honest, hardworking, and compassionate person/team you will not be disappointed with McGill Law.

Jodie and the entire firm made me feel so calm and comfortable. The office is a such a peaceful place when you’re going through something hard. The staff were all so responsive. When Jodie couldn’t answer me, someone else always responded. They have a comprehensive legal package of resources that helped me understand the process and stay organized. Jodie was a FIERCE advocate for me. When I unfortunately ended up going to litigation, Jodie was organized, persistent, thorough, and highly intelligent. I felt so protected! I give the highest of all recommendations to Jodie McGill and the entire Nebraska Collaborative.

I am extremely pleased with the work these ladies put in. My case load was rather large and they came in late to the game. Jodie and Dezi were so very thorough in reading and understanding everything included in my file. Erica also worked behind the scenes on my case file. These three ladies were understanding of my needs, and so very supportive. They all represented me well and made me feel safe and comfortable with my situation. I could not recommend anyone more. I also would like to add that even when walking into the firm, you are greeted warmly, and with no judgement. Jodie and her entire team are simply the best!

Sarah Barnhill did a fantastic job helping me through my divorce. With what was suppose to be an quick amicable divorce turned into a longer drawn out one because of the opposing attorney. Throughout the process Sarah kept me informed and updated on everything, made everything as smooth as possible. Was a great advicate for me to make sure that I was getting what I deserved and needed and not just agreeing to what the opposing party requested. She went above and beyond for me. I couldn't of asked for a better attorney to help through a stressful time. I highly recommend her!!

Jodi was amazing and professional. She helped me everything I needed and took time to answer all my questions. I would recommend her to anyone who needed her services.
