This lawyer helped revoke a trust instead of amend it. Months later she accepted payment from a checking account from the revoked trust when she prepared a new will, and didn't question it. Her ignorance has caused the family more than decade of litigation and undid decades of estate planning.

I came to this office when I was in a really bad situation stuck as a legal guardian of someone with no way to quit. Nick Halbur is such a great lawyer, listens to his clients, takes detailed notes, and is willing to fight to get done what his clients need. He helped me achieve the impossible of having the office of public guardian take over my case when I could no longer be a guardian. I am thankful for Nick so much for being a light in a dark tunnel! He is worth every cent and I could not recommend him more. Thanks for all you did for me I will never forget it.

The attorney we met with was not well informed and provided misinformation. Social security administration informed us after the consultation that the provided was completely incorrect. Had we acted on the advice provided by Elder Care, we would have lost the benefits we were seeking assistance with.

Staff is kind, a more relaxed vibe in the office we appreciated when doing paperwork. Even had a kids space with toys for the littles! Lots of parking.

I would not use this law firm my uncle hired them to sue a niece about money he had given her over the years nothing between niece or my uncle was written down. They should have been Courteous enough to tell him he had no case instead they took his money and did nothing!!!

After being POA on my mom. I got a meeting at elder law where 5 sibling/inlaws and elder law wanted me to sign everything over to elder law. I am glad I didn't.
