EDIT RESPONSE TO OWNER: there is 100% no misunderstanding. Im Definitely not another attorney, don't worry a few people who recommended you will no longer do so after hearing what you tried to do to my mom. WARNING! These are predatory lawyers meaning they will go after your assets because they know you are ill informed. My mom needed a retirement account from my father who passed away and they wanted $35,000 to take care of paperwork. I went with my mom to see why they wanted that much and to question why they think their work is worth $35,000 and all she did was nod her head yes and say paperwork. I did some calculations and came up with their hourly rate of around $200/hr that they would spend 8 hours a day for 22 days working on this paperwork to equal $35,000 Her excuse was "you're going to get this much or nothing so we just take $35,000 because if we dont do this you won't get anything"

Lost time with my kid because Matt Saathoff was too busy and did not care enough. Ask Matt a question and he will answer your question with what you just asked which doesn't answer anything and just charges you for his service. Only cares about a paycheck. 100/10 do not recommend.
