Brendan Kelly is an experienced criminal defense attorney who understands what is at stake and who will fight for you. He was able to help me get through my third DUI in Douglas County and my subsequent, most unfortunate fourth DUI, in Sarpy County. He is very knowledgeable, honest and direct. Brendan zealously represented me and aggressively defended me because of his extensive DUI law competency and scientific expertise; without judging me, he did everything he could to have my cases in a favorable outcome for me: 1. In 2011, Brendan secured a deal with Douglas County Judge which made my 3rd DUI a misdemeanor, three months work release, no probation, with interlock privileges during revocation. 2. In 2014, concerning the 4th DUI proceedings in Sarpy County, Brendan proceeded to hold a preliminary hearing, during which he, for lack of better words, completely annihilated the police officer's credibility by exposing lack of proper procedure. Due to Brendan's expertise, the Judge did not bind over to district court the felony violation of interlock device charge. 3. During 2014 thru 2016, Brendan also handled my child custody case, ensuring my parental rights are protected during this turbulent time surrounding the 4th DUI. 4. In April 2017, Brendan filed and was granted a Modification of Sentencing Order by a Sarpy County Judge, thereby enabling me interlock privileges during revocation! I would absolutely recommend Brendan! You owe it to yourself and your future to consult with Brendan Kelly!!!
