After being denied for SSDI I wanted and needed an attorney to help me with the appeals process as I was getting very overwhelmed with everything. I was in a trucking accident. I was in serious pain and when my job cut off my benefits without warning I knew I needed real representation. David Handley handled my workers comp case for me. In November of 2015 I had a MTBI - Traumatic Brain Injury; in 2017 I was told I still have Post Concussive Syndrome. I hired David in January of 2016 to get help with the insurance company. He was patient and kind when others were not. He took the time to listen to me when I was hard to understand and he would go over information for me over and over. He made sure I fully understood what was going on even if it took him 20 times to get it through to me and wouldn't get upset when I had to have it explained again later on.... even months later. I won my case in April 2018 and I do not think I would of been able to get what I needed to get better or after the settlement if not for David's hard work on my case. He has followed up with me since even though my case has settled which tells me he cares about his clients needs not just himself. That is one quality that some have lost that he still has!

Very mercenary group of people. If your case screams dollar signs then they'll take it. They have no interest in actually helping people who are legitimately suffering, unless it gets them wealthier.
