Unwillingness to provide assistance in some cases
“Called for a consult regarding undisclosed repairs on a purchase and he asked who I bought the house from. I was reluctant, for obvious reasons, and instead of explaining why the info was needed he just said, "thanks for the call, bye". Overall rude tone in his voice. Completely unprofessional.”
