I have had the pleasure of working with Angela Schmit since 2019. At that time, she owned her own practice and served as my business attorney. Later she joined Koukol Johnson Schmit & Milone where she assisted me with a very complex, nuanced and contentious civil litigation. When Angela made the transition from private practice to Koukol Johnson Schmit & Milone, she and I had several conversations surrounding the transition and why she felt it was the right fit. Angela shared with me that she felt that the values of her new firm were very much aligned with her own, that she respected the existing partners of the firm greatly, and that the firm had very intelligent associates that were being trained up. As my matter required additional support, I had the pleasure of working with both Michael Milone and Sara Larson from the firm. I quickly realized why Angela was so excited to work with this group. Words are not enough to describe Angela, the beautiful and compassionate person/attorney she is.
