I got into some trouble and Tom Petersen handled the situation so perfectly, a matter of fact he got everything dismissed and sealed! Also if you ever have to get ahold of him that is not an issue they answer every phone call and email almost immediately!!! amazing law firm I would use him again and I recommend him to everyone!!

Had a very unfortunate situation at work where a co worker caused an argument and then took advantage of my reaction to come after me legally. An assault charge was filed as the plaintiff claimed I stated I was going to hit him. It was mess that cost me my job but my biggest concern was getting out of it and just moving on . That is exactly what Jennifer at Petersen Law Office helped me achieve. She took detailed notes of what happened, all the parties involved literally dug into my case to make sure she knows which way she can help me. A first degree assault charge was filed against me but Jennifer was able to reduce that to a disturbing the peace. Did I mentionned how actively she was communicating with me throughout the process? She even called me the day before court to make sure I get an update of everything. Really enjoyed working with her. Of course i wouldn’t want to be caught in any other trouble but I can’t deny how pleasant it was to work with her. Would highly suggest if you need legal representation. Mr Peterson is very friendly, up front, knowledgeable and gets the job done. I was advised of all my options and although I was advised that my intended outcome would likely not happen Mr Peterson was able to make it happen.
