Tom was fast, efficient, and really helped me out with a case that was a wrong place, wrong time situation. I am more than happy with what he was able to do for me and his price is more than reasonable. His paralegal, Josie, was also extremely helpful with anything that I needed. I always felt like a priority to them both and my case was happily resolved in a mere two-three weeks. Every case is different, but I believe Tom has the right knowledge to do what is in your best interest. If you're looking for a lawyer who knows what they are doing, this is the guy to trust!

The day after my arrest, I tired to contact at least half a dozen attorneys. Not only did Mr. Petersen get back to me right away, he met with me within hours. That piece of mind was worth the price of admission right there. He was knowledgeable and direct. My case took six months and he was on top of it the entire time. If I had any questions I got an answer quickly. Through some combination of luck and a good lawyer I was able to get a good of an outcome I could have hoped for. I would defiantly recommend Petersen Law Office if anyone were to ask my advice. And with as good of an outcome as I got I'm sure some people are going to ask who my lawyer was.

I hired Mr. Petersen to represent me in an IIP (Interlock Ignition Permit) review. I had a DUI incident in the state of Nebraska early 2016. I have never been on the other side of the law and a momentary error of judgement on an unfortunate night led to my DUI.
