Mr. Jorde and staff were polite, considerate, and professional. He took the time to learn our business to properly represent us, listened, asked the difficult questions, and provided common sense guidance.

Fast and efficient and friendly.

Had to call every week to see if my case was being worked on. Said the lawyer would call me back but never did. 1 month later and they decide to tell me they sent an email 1 week-in since I first spoke to them, stating they were not going to work my case. Wasted my time precious time. I talked to people there many times and they said I would get a call back. Why did they not tell me the first time that they were not going to work my case. Email is not the best way to communicate. Don't assume that someone received that email. I never did. Looked in every folder. Call, Call, Call them back and speak to them on the phone. You guys just wanted my time, waiting on something that was never going to happen. I dont recommend these guys at all.
