Was in a bad car accident a little over a year ago and found my self lost. Was recommended to me by a long time co-worker that said he had a great friend! He told me "You can trust Mike Dyer to take care of you." Let me tell you, boy was he right! Am very thankful that I was sent in his direction! Very prompt and to the point. Very impatient on the phone call. I felt like he was almost to the point of yelling at me. I don't believe he was at all interested in helping me with my workers comp case. More interested in getting off the phone. Very upsetting.

I was injured on the job approximately two years ago. The insurance company mailed me weekly workers comp checks. One day I received a letter from a legal office representing the insurance company advising that they were going to settle the claim with a lump sum check and told me to accept the settlement by mailing my notarized signature back to them agreeing to their terms. My wife was in a bad car accident last summer. I knew from the start that the situation would require a lawyer’s services, but I had never needed a lawyer before and hated the idea of randomly picking a name from an internet search. I called a trusted friend and he immediately said I needed to talk to Mike Dyer. He said I could trust Mike. My friend was right. Mike visited my wife and I in the hospital and we had a conversation covering everything from the specifics of the accident to Mike’s background to personal injury lawsuit philosophy and strategies. Throughout the conversation Mike’s focus was on what we needed to do to get my wife back to as close to 100% as was possible.
