Jim McGough took my case of 2 felony charges facing 20 years to life on each reduced to misdemeanor 1 year probation! Everyone at the firm was very professional and caring! If you want an attorney who will fight hard for you and not just go through the motions Jim is the one!

It was a great honor and experience having Mr. Jim McGough and his team working my case. I personally believe Mr. McGough and Mr. Mark Foxall vigorously defended me to the end. The case was difficult and the possibility existed that to serve two prison terms but the thoughtful work of both jim and mark meant in the end I only served probation. Again it was an honor to be represented by these two very competent attorneys.

My lawyer was Mr. Foxall he was by far the best lawyer I have ever talked to let alone had the chance to work with on my case. He kept me informed every step of the way and the advice he gave really helped me with the case I was dealing with. He was also straight forward with me and never just told me what I wanted to hear but told me exactly what was going on and what I needed to. I would recommend him to anyone who is having to deal with a court case. He's professional but also realistic about the situation. He's an amazing lawyer.
