I wouldn't recommend another law firm. Bob stayed in constant contact with me throughout my case. I liked that he responded back to my inquiries right away. When he wasn't available to answer my questions his daughter was very helpful in getting the information I needed. He has a wonderful caring soul. You can tell he cares about the needs of others and works hard for his clients. His supporting staff was very helpful as well. I just loved his whole office.

After getting hit on my motorcycle by a car and a trip to the hospital, my girlfriend and I were at a loss as to what to do next. I was referred to Knowles Law Firm. One of the best decisions we've made. Bob and his son Bobby took care of everything while we worked on healing. Great experience and I highly recommend this team! If you find yourself in a situation where you think you might need a lawyer don't think about it, you do, and it's these guys.

Bob handled my case with professionalism and integrity from day one. When we first met he told me to concentrate on getting the care I needed and he said he would handle everything else. He checked in with me regularly to see how I was and to update me on the progress of my case. When the case was settled I was very please with the outcome. I know for a fact that I was able to receive a lot more than I would have received if I were representing myself. Bob knew what was available and made sure that I was compensated fairly. I would highly recommend his services to anyone needing representation and even if you think you may not need the help it is worth meeting with him.

I was in an accident right before starting a rigorous education program. I was bombarded by phone calls from the insurance companies and felt extremely overwhelmed. I was able to hand over everything to Bob and focus on my studies. It was comforting to know that I had someone on my side, especially since I had no idea what to do after an accident. Back in April of 2015 I was in an auto accident. Not sure what to do or where to go I was referred to Robert Knowles. From walking into his office scared and lost, to leaving with an extreme sense of calm. I knew I had made the right choice hiring Robert to take my claim. He is very easy to talk to. I met with Bob & Christina after an auto accident. My medical bills were stacking up and the "at fault drivers" insurance company was no help! Bob & Christina handled the whole process from start to finish, roughly a year. Christina was excellent to follow up after every Drs appointment or procedure and handled getting my medical bills together for payment. Bob is excellent in explaining everything and readily available with any questions. I'm sure they did a lot behind the scenes too. I would absolutely recommend Knowles Law Firm!

The work that Bob and Christina did for me was nothing less than extraordinary. I was going through a very difficult and emotional time and they eased my mind with all the help and information they provided me. They were both patient and timely in answering all the questions I had throughout the entire process and ensured that I would receive the most optimal outcome with their help. Through the entire process and deposition they respected the minimal time I had and always found a time of day that would work best for me and my schedule. When it was time for a deposition they walked me through every step of the process and met with me several times to assure I was ready, if I was ever uncomfortable Bob gave me time to collect myself and resumed when I was ready. I was a passenger in a car and we was side swiped on the interstate, when this happened i was just really shook up, a few day went by i started to feel pain in my shoulder and i wasn't feeling good, so i went to the hospital and i had whiplash but it kept me from working for a few days, had to go to physical therapy for a couple of months, so my friend told me about Mr. Knowles and i thought i would run my situation by him and he told me that i had a case due to my injuries and me not being able to work, so we met up and he was very helpful with my situation, he is a very respectful man and looked out for me. I had another situation and needed to confide in a lawyer so i called Mr Knowles again to run it by him , he couldn't help me with the case but he told me he would call me back by the end of the day and guess what, he was about his word, he had a name and a number of another lawyer who could help me with my situation. I appreciate Mr. Knowles for what he had done for me, for taking his time out of his day to find another lawyer to help me. A lot of lawyers wouldn't give out another name and number because they want the business but not Mr. Knowles... I would recommend him to any one that needs help with a case because if he cant help you he sure will find someone to help.

When I was in my car accident the best thing I did was hire Bob! He was there for me through every step of the process. Being in an accident is a traumatic and emotionally difficult time for anyone and having a great lawyer on your side takes so much stress away.
