Hannah C Sommers is a great lawyer and very professional, she doesn’t only do her work she goes beyond and is very passionate about her job. After years of trying to fight the VA on my own, Sean and his team helped me finish the job in a timely manner! 10/10

After years of being at a 60% VA rating, with the possibility of having it decreased, and being denied any type of increase with another non lawyer agency, I was referred to Cuddigan law firm by another vet who got to 100%. Within 6 months, I got 3 increases, finally getting to 100% P&T. There’s no risk to the veteran. No increase on previously denied claims? ? No fee. They handle all of the hard stuff. You just have to make your appointments. They keep you informed with calls and emails. Michael was available and informative. Sean, the lawyer, personally calls and speaks with you WITHOUT charging you. If you’re on the fence or it’s time to make that move for that 100% rating, give them a call. They make it easy and they understand veterans and how the VA works. U appreciate their care, patience, and non-judgemental approach. Don’t wait! I should have called sooner.

I am so grateful to Sean and his team- I kept getting denial after denial on my claim and at one point they wanted to lower my rating- Sean and his team fought for me and I just received my 100% t&p for unemployability this January I am happy. After almost 6 years of fighting 2 of those years with Sean and his team that we won our fight. He never gave up because he knew I wasn’t getting the rating I deserved and so desperately needed.

As someone who become suddenly disabled at the young age of 23 I had no idea what to expect when applying for disability benefits. My doctor recommended Cuddigan Law to help me start the process. All the staff were kind and very knowledgeable. They took the time to go over all of my paperwork to help make sure I had a strong case. They also were always available to answer any questions I had throughout the process and walked me through each step. I was very nervous to start the process but they helped me all the way and I was able to receive full benefits because of them. Thank you so much to all the staff!!

They worst experience ive ever had with a lawyer!! Nathan sohriakoff not only lied to me about how much it would cost to handle my case but he did absolutely nothing for me!! He told me it would cost me $7500 to handle the 2 cases i needed help with we got through the 1st case and he sends me another bill for $4000 and i couldnt afford to pay another $4000 so he withdrew as my lawyer and only did half the job!! He had almost 2 months to prepare for the 1st case and didnt bother contacting me until a week before our court hearing!! Then he didnt want to fight for me and tells me theres nothing he could do so he forces me into making a settlement offer which i wasnt happy with!! I felt like i was not only fighting my ex wife but fighting against him as well!!! He put me in a worse situation then what i was in before i hired him!! He didnt care about my case he just took my money and ran!! I would not recommend nathan or nebraska legal group to anyone after this experience!!! This guy should be flipping burgers at McDonalds and not trying to represent people with legal matters!!! STAY CLEAR!!!

If I could give Hannah Sommers 10 starts, I would. She was extremely professional and caring while helping me with my divorce case. She listened to all my concerns, understood what was truly important to me, and advised me every step of the way. Hannah was extremely responsive, and her communication could not have been better. I never had to wonder when I would hear from her because it was always the same day. She was able to settle my case without having to go to court, but I have no doubt that she was ready and would have done a phenomenal job if it would have been necessary. The outcome was what I hoped for, and I would recommend Hannah to anyone. Thank you!
