Rich Hathaway is about as good as it gets when it comes to Family Law. My husband and I had an uphill battle to fight in court. Rich helped us understand how the process was going to work. We had a set of goals we wanted to achieve through this process and with Rich's nearly 20 years of experience, we ended up getting more than we had originally set out for. Rich is a great attorney not only because of his knowledge of the laws, but also because of his knowledge of how the different judges work, based on his experience in dealing with them before. He also had a good idea of how to fight against the opposing attorney, due to cases he has fought against the opposing attorney in the past. He also has a good working relationship with mediators in the area. Rich did a great job of keeping us informed throughout the entire process. Rich's business is a little weird, because you hope you never need a family law attorney, but if you find yourself in a situation where you need someone who is going to have your back in an uphill battle like we did, I would highly recommend Rich and his team.

Even though I did not need their services at the time of our phone interview. It felt like they really knew what they were doing, and they have your best interests in mind! I'd highly recommend them to anyone!

Robert Williams represented me for legal matters. He was extremely prompt in responses and did a great job keeping me updated of the processes and procedures at all times. He made me feel comfortable and heard during the entirety of the case and after. He answered any and all questions I had, and I am truly grateful I had him as my attorney.
