I have used Jason Hubbard Law to evict my tenant who is not paying rent on-time. Benji handled the case very well to recover my rent. I have been very happy with service and I highly recommend for any evictions

Everyone who is associated with this law firm are very friendly and professional. I actually enjoyed going to their office which is located in a very nice location. I give Jason Hubbard Law a 5 out of 5 star rating!

I will be using Jason again for a problem tenant who does not pay rent. My tenants think they get free rent from me. Jason will hold my tenants liable for unpaid rent, evict tenants and will resolve this situation quickly!!! Benji (para legal) and Jason are my dream team! 10 stars! :-)

I needed advice on an ongoing situation. I knew it would be a long shot to just cold-call a law office and ask for help, but I was pleasantly surprised when I called the Hubbard Law Firm. The paralegal, Benji, listened to my concerns and helped me identify the next steps. Being kind goes a long way!

Benji (the paralegal) is AMAZING to work with! His demeanor is so welcoming. He is competent and knowledgeable. I feel extremely comfortable talking to him. I am confident Jason Hubbard Law will expedite the eviction process. I feel the overall cost is reasonable especially when dealing with a repeat eviction offender. Never thought I would want to have cocktails or a beer with law firm folks, but their staff is fantastic!

Had a very different/ difficult situation happened where my son was served with a three day eviction from this law firm by my soon to be ex husband, I went to Jasons firm and asked him to explain what this meant. I told him the situation ( which was completely different then what the person trying to file the the eviction had told Jason ) and Jason made it right, he took the time to explain things very thoroughly! There was some slight miscommunication when my son called but Jason actually cares about his business / reputation and handled it professionally and made everything right! This situation was a perfect example of how communication is key, and Jason listens and isn’t just after any job for money, he truly cares about what he does!

My first interactions with Jason Hubbard Law were rather unfavorable due to the complicated situation brought forth to them. But after further discussion with him and his team they have shown that they are ethical, charismatic, and dedicated. His paralegal Emily showed great empathy and compassion during our discussion. His other paralegal Benji despite our rough beginning he still made it a point to make things right with me and showed professionalism and respect. I was glad to come to a resolution and make amends with this law firm and I’d recommend them if you can’t get rid of a pesky tenant.
