Rich was great to work with throughout the entire process. I especially appreciate how responsive, attentive and informative he was from day one. During a difficult and trying time he was there to help guide me and showed personal care towards each step of the process. I couldn't have asked for anymore then what he provided and thank him for all his help.

Colin was referred to me by a friend. I was having trouble with a tenant trying to end their lease 7 months early. This tenant was also a lawyer, and wanted out of his lease without any kind of penalty payment. I wasn't sure what to do, so I contacted Colin. He sent an email to the tenant that night, and the issue was resolved within 48 hours. He saved me a lot of time and headaches. Very professional and easy to work with. My wife and I will be using him for estate planning going forward.

I recently found myself needing a family law attorney. My wife recommended Hathaway Law Group, as she had hired them for a case of her own before we met. From the very beginning of my dealings with Rich, I was found him to be extremely knowledgeable about the process. He was quick to respond to my online inquiry and set up a consultation. During the consultation, he explained my options and together we created a plan that would fit the best interests of my children. As the case progressed through temporary court hearings, and mediation, and eventually a settlement, Rich lent his 20 years of experience to get the best outcome. I can't thank him enough for everything he did to keep my family intact. I was pleased to find out that with his 20 years of experience, in addition to his knowledge of the law, he also was very knowledgeable about the judge we got assigned, as well as how the opposing attorney was going to approach the case, based on his experience working against the attorney in the past. When we went through mediation he recommended a wonderful mediator. I hope that I don't find myself in a situation where I need to hire Rich again, but if I do find myself needing a family law attorney I know exactly who to call. If you find yourself needing a family law attorney, and want someone who is kind, knowledgeable, professional, and who is going to make sure your voice is heard in court, look no further Rich is your guy.

Rich Hathaway is about as good as it gets when it comes to Family Law. My husband and I had an uphill battle to fight in court. Rich helped us understand how the process was going to work. We had a set of goals we wanted to achieve through this process and with Rich's nearly 20 years of experience, we ended up getting more than we had originally set out for. Rich is a great attorney not only because of his knowledge of the laws, but also because of his knowledge of how the different judges work, based on his experience in dealing with them before. He also had a good idea of how to fight against the opposing attorney, due to cases he has fought against the opposing attorney in the past. He also has a good working relationship with mediators in the area. Rich did a great job of keeping us informed throughout the entire process. Rich's business is a little weird, because you hope you never need a family law attorney, but if you find yourself in a situation where you need someone who is going to have your back in an uphill battle like we did, I would highly recommend Rich and his team.

Even though I did not need their services at the time of our phone interview. It felt like they really knew what they were doing, and they have your best interests in mind! I'd highly recommend them to anyone!
