After my car accident, I hired Rachel to do my case. I wasn’t expecting much, but Rachel did amazing! I got way more than I was expecting. On Thursday, March 24, 2022, my sister was sitting on the corner, regardless of what she was doing, my sister was at the wrong place at the wrong time, while the driver, decided to speed while intoxicated coming off that exit ramp. My sister had a rough life growing up till now. I’m not saying she was perfect but she sure as hell didn’t deserve to go out this way. I decided to take action and go thru the person who hit my sisters insurance. They gave me the run around and was only going to give my $1200 for the claim. I contacted Berry Law and Rachel took on the task to get whatever we could from the insurance company since they were getting over on me. It was a very long process but she stuck by me the whole time and I am very grateful for her. She always took her time and explained everything to me. She helped me get what I could get from the insurance company. It wasn't a lot and it wouldn't bring my sister back but I wasn't going to let the insurance company do that do me. We were in an accident in 2022 and my children and I were injured. I was recovering from an ACL repair surgery and sadly my knee was re-injured as I was thrown forward into the console.( I was sitting in the back seat) My two children hit their heads. My son has a seizure disorder and was complaining of a headache. My daughter had large bump on her head. We were leaving Lincoln NE to drive home to West Virginia. I was afraid to not take them to ER because if they had a serious injury I may not be able to find a hospital on the trip. After we got home we tried to contact the other drivers insurance company with no response. We hired Berry Law Firm to help us navigate through our claims. Our attorney Rachel Collins was wonderful.
